This tenant improvement project utilized wood-framing, slab-on-grade concrete, and miscellaneous concrete work for new ground-up construction of a 1,500 sf oil change building situated on 0.75 acres with a client-friendly and accessible parking lot, U/G utilities, and safety-approved oil change pits.
